Oh my goodness, I think I've found the best fish tacos in the OC. I've tried all the popular ones throughout the OC, but this place tops all of em.
I stumbled upon this little place when working in the area and decided on grabbing a quick bite for lunch. Since it states that they are known for their seafood, I decided on the fish tacos and I am happy I did.
These tacos are fresh and home made. You can tell that they bread the fish themselves because it doesn't look perfectly shaped like the ones that come in the package. Oh my goodness, as I take that first bite, the fish falls apart a little because it is so freshly made. It is just the right amount crunch. They aren't too crispy, but just the right amount that makes you get that satisfaction.
The review is definitely based on the fish tacos alone, so I may come back to try the other "marisco" items. Overall, I recommend this place if you are into fish tacos. -

Colima serves top notch Mexican food with fresh ingredients and good quality meat.
I came here and ordered the following
Tamales - very good soft and sweet corn texture outside with melt in your mouth meat inside.
Cheese enchiladas- tasty enchiladas and very good cheese. They did seem a little dry and could use more sauce and maybe tomato
Tacos - good soft corn tortilla tacos and good quality of meat but the tortilla was a bit crumbly and didn't hold its shape.
Their house salsa and chips are quite tasty. But the salsa is a bit spicy and tastes more like hot sauce than salsa. Overall this is a solid Mexican restaurant with good quality food and reasonable prices. -

To begin, everyone here is very friendly and welcoming ! And their food? don't even get me started, I've tried a variety of items on the menu and they are all so good! Really good portions as well. If your looking for authentic, delicious Mexican food, this is it.
